Chiang Dao Nest and Chiang Dao Nest 2 are located about 80km north of Chiang Mai, in Chiang Dao sub-district. (Chiang Dao town is a small town, Chiang Dao sub-district is the larger area around the town.) The resorts themselves are actually in located in the village of Ban Tham, which is also home to Chiang Dao's famous cave.
